In order to fill this form out you need to comply with these items before even submitting the request.
    Character has been the current rank for at least 2 weeks? (1 month if requesting Captain)
    Do you have active topics in which your are posting in?
    Is the slot open or closed? If closed have you requested a challenge to a Staff member?


If the request is accepted then you will be awarded the difference in EP once approved.
(Example: Rookie base EP: 125 -Request accepted to Lieutenant. Lieutenant base EP: 400. Your new base is 400GP + any RP EP you have gained.)

If the request is Denied you may try again in two weeks.
